Coffee Bar, Art & Third Space in Ballard

Seattle may already have a coffee shop on every corner, but we couldn’t help ourselves… We love coffee and we love Ballard!

We opened our doors to offer our community and neighbors a place to get a simple cup of coffee, mire in some of our favorite local artists’ work and enjoy pop-up events and community meet ups.

JUNE ARTIST | Casi G.
Join us for Ballard ArtWalk June 14 from 6 to 9 p.m.

About the Artist:

Casi creates impressionist paintings with a focus on jazz dance history. Jazz dancing, which includes (but is not limited to) swing dancing, Charleston and blues, is a black American art form that continues to evolve today. A dancer in addition to a watercolorist, Casi’s mission is to celebrate artistic expression and educate viewers about the rich history of jazz and jazz dance in America.

When she is not painting dancers, Casi is inspired by the natural world in the Pacific Northwest. She loves to create soft, contemporary paintings of mountains and flora.

Outside of painting, Casi loves spending time with her dog Theo, dancing and teaching Lindy Hop, and eating her way around the world with her fiancé John.
