We Are a Gathering Space
Albeit small, Assembly is a place to gather and a collaborative use space for community featuring a coffee bar, a curated plant offering, retail pop ups, and an art gallery. A vision years in the making, an anchor point and extension of Seattle based creative and marketing agency We Are Unicorns. It’s our goal to bring connection and community into a physical space through carefully curated retail goods, rotating residencies with coffee partners, artists and programming with artists, educators, creatives and community members.
Coffee - At the heart of any great community is of course coffee and we are excited to have Olympia Coffee Roasters as our house roasting partner. In coming months we will be announcing our first rotating guest roaster.
Art - Since the Fall of 2021 we have been using the space to host monthly art events featuring the work of artists we like that we think you will like and we are excited to create space to show off these folks and hope you can join us every 2nd Saturday from 5-9pm as part of the Ballard Artwalk to breath in one of Seattle’s best kept secrets… but you’ll have to come in to find out what that is.
Retail - We will also have semi-frequent “pop up” events, featuring “on the smaller side”, but a thoughtful selection of curated goods that we like, and think you will too.
Plants- Check out our “Community Clipping” wall next time your in and stay tuned for our full plant offering. We are working with local nurseries to bring locally grown house plants to the shop.
